Kent Cartridge Fasteel+ Shotshell Loads, 12 Gauge, 25

Fasteel+ is designed for waterfowl hunters who need one load that can handle everything the season throws at them. Built on Kent's layered (binary) shot system, it combines two precision-plated steel shot sizes in a single payload, allowing the load to maintain both pattern density and downrange energy without forcing the typical compromise found in traditional steel loads. The performance starts inside the shell. Larger pellets lead the shot column, carrying the energy needed for solid penetration on birds that stall or drift just outside ideal range. Behind them, smaller pellets follow in the airflow, tightening the pattern and filling in the gaps that often result in missed opportunities. This layered configuration creates a more uniform shot string, putting more pellets into the effective zone and increasing overall hit probability across a variety of shot angles and distances. In real hunting situations, that balance matters. Over decoys, the load maintains the pattern density needed for clean kills on close-working birds. As distances stretch, it retains enough energy and structure to remain effective, giving hunters confidence on follow-up shots or when birds refuse to finish. Whether youre targeting puddle ducks in flooded timber, divers in open water, or mixed bags in agricultural fields, the load adapts without requiring a change in setup.
